Tomorrow l have the last volleyball conditioning, and this monday, there is volleyball tryouts. After running for 20 minutes, my right knee feels really weird, it does not hurt, but it feels weird for some reason. (this has never occured to me). So should l stay home and rest my right knee, or should l go to the last conditioning? Any advice?

''Feels weird'' is not much of a hint to help figure out what is happening, but l suspect it is just fatigue. Is there a trainer available? If so, go see him/her before the conditioning session starts & ask for an opinion.

If u just bail on conditioning, it will give the impression that you're a slacker, or that u crumble under pressure.

If ur knee feels puffy or achy, put some ice on it today. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off -- repeat twice -- ought to help if you've done something that is causing inflammation.

VB Coach has a good idea with the ice. l will suggest that you get some support for it before the training and the tryouts as well. If you can even get neoprene sleeve at a drug store, it would be great. If not, try an ace bandage.

i'd stay just so that it can heal
if you do go you need to go easy on it you could injure it further and then have something alot more serious

Go and if your knee hurts half way through just sit the rest out.
