l help coach a club volleyball team. This team has the talent to win every single game they play, BUT this team has no motivation for anything! in practice they play hard but once they get to games they play like its their first time ever with a volleyball! The coaches seem more competitive than the actually players, seems to me the coaches want it more than the players. Any idea let me know Thank you!!!

Bribe them. Have a few incredibly hard practices. Then tell them that the better and harder they play in the games, the easier practices will be. Have a practice where they do not touch a volleyball, or you do not even put the nets up.
